Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Perfumes, oils, bakhour, and incense cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
Refund Process
- If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with proof (photos or videos), and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
